We are pleased with the reception given to the new alternatives offered to discover Santa Cruz Island aboard the M / V Santa Cruz for the new routes 2012. As an alternative to the traditional visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station in Puerto Ayora, our guests can choose from the following activities:
Walk to the top of the island: visit the impressive Scalesia forest full of life and landscape.
Bike ride to a secluded beach: enjoy the wonderful scenery that surrounds a beach with white sand and turquoise water that also has a lagoon where you can see flamingos, patillos, ostreros, among other migratory birds.
Visit an organic coffee plantation: learn how to organically grow coffee and other products in these paradise islands.
Caminata a Bahía Tortuga, where guests can kayak or just enjoy the white sand beach that is considered one of the most beautiful Archipelago. Here you can see turtles, blue-footed boobies and marine iguanas.
Diving: discover the amazing underwater world of the islands which is considered one of the best places to dive.
All these activities are offered at no additional cost, except for diving.
